At Retrieve Technologies we have an incredibly reliable product. Our Training and Certification Platform has a 99.9% uptime guarantee, which means you spend more time receiving training and less time worrying about problems. Our typical maintenance window is between 9 pm EST and 11 pm EST. This ensures that if we do need to conduct any maintenance, it is not happening during normal business hours.
